What Should I Expect From a Pilates Practice?

In your Pilates sessions at Perfectly Fit Pilates, you can expect a personalized workout designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body alignment. Our instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises on both the mat and specialized Pilates apparatus, ensuring a comprehensive and effective workout tailored to your needs.

What Should I Wear to Pilates?

For your Pilates sessions, we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid clothing with zippers or buttons, as these can get caught on the equipment. Bare feet or grip socks are preferred for stability and safety during your workout.

What If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We’re happy to work with you to find a more convenient time for your session. Simply give us a call or send us an email, and we’ll help you adjust your schedule.

Session Packages ever Expire?

YES-5 Session Packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase. And 10 & 20 Session Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
